Ron Skinner Cartridge World Englewood 123-A West Hampden Englewood, CO 80110 Ron, I wanted to take a moment to say “Thank You” for all that you have done for my dealerships.  We save money and the level of customer service that you give is second to none and the true determining factor in my decision to do business with you.  In the rare occasion that there may be an issue you are there in virtually no time with a solution.  I find it quite refreshing to have a human answer the phone when I call and your staff is always knowledgeable and professional.  When you first came on board I was reluctant but your product quality was top notch and I have had ZERO compatibility issues.  I will say that through it all it has been the relationship that has truly won me over, I find it refreshing to actually have found simple old fashioned customer service in a world where customer service is usually long forgotten.  Corporations need to remember that it is people that buy from people and price alone does not make a relationship.  I appreciate seeing the same friendly faces both at the store and when you deliver to me.  You have treated me in a manner that guarantees that I will call you as long as you have a product that I have a need for.  Please don’t change the way you do business as I will be very disappointed. Ron Skinner Ron, Just a note to let you knowhow impressed I was by the help delivered by your staff.  I purchased a drum for my laser printer from your store.  I installed it myself, but the printer failed to work.  I then purchased a new laser printer for use in my business.  The starter cartridge ran out after about a week, leaving me with no functioning printer for my business.  I ran down to your store and was told that the toner cartridge needed some parts to refill.  Your employees, Matt and Kevin delivered exceptional customer service by explaining what was needed to repair my existing toner, then offering to come to my business to see if my old laser printer could be made to work short term until the new toner could be filled.  Kevin met me on site, proceeded to take my printer apart, advised me of 2 problems, fixed both, brought extra toner just in case and got my old printer up and working all the while saying "I'm not a printer repair man".  Well, he could have fooled me.  His extra effort certainly went above and beyond the call and helped my business keep our customers rolling in and out.  Kudos to you and your staff!  Your business cards will be displayed in our waiting room and recommendations made often.  Thanks so much, Dave Watson Owner:  Toy-Auto Masters
